INSTRUCTIONS/NOTICES |
► Please be careful when entering and exiting the building. The window cleaning will result in sidewalks and walkways getting wet. Water hoses may also be placed across sidewalks and walkways. So please use extra caution when entering and exiting the building.

Kitchen Riser Cleaning – Access Needed 5.14.24 & 5.15.24
Tier 1 Plumbing will be onsite Tuesday, May 14th and Wednesday, May 15th from 8am-5pm to clean the kitchen sink riser of the DR 6, DR7, DR 13, and DR 15 stacks. The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, May 14th from 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, May 15th from 8:00am – 5:00pm
On Tuesday (and possibly Wednesday), the plumber will need access to the kitchen sink in units of the DR6, DR7, DR 13, and DR 15 stacks to ensure there are no sink back-ups or other issues while the line is being cleaned. If not all stacks can be cleaned on Tuesday, the plumber will be returning on Wednesday, May 15th to finish the project.
You do not need to be home, but access to your unit is required per the schedule above to ensure there are no in-unit issues while the riser is being cleaned. If you are not available to provide access to your unit, you may leave keys with Management. If you already have a key on file, please email nhardy@actionlife.com to authorize access. The door will be locked following completion of the cleaning. If keys cannot be provided, a locksmith will be onsite to provide access to the unit and all costs associated will be borne by the homeowner.
Keys may be dropped off directly to Management anytime between 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday – Friday in the Management Office on the 2nd floor or to the Resident Services Coordinator at the front desk. This is a mandatory service and if you do not make arrangements for access, the Association will be using a locksmith to open your unit door and you will be called to a hearing for the cost of the service.
We appreciate your cooperation while this project is being completed. Please contact Management via email at nhardy@actionlife.com or 619-930-7146 if you have any questions.
Thank you.
