Rental Requirements

Owners cannot rent their unit for less than 30 days. Short-Term rentals are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN and violations are subject to a $5,000.00 fine per occurrence.

Rental Lease Agreements must be in writing and submitted to Management before the tenants move into the unit.

Names and contact information for all tenants must be provided to Management before the tenants move into the unit.

All Rental Agreements must state the lease is subject to Alta’s Governing Documents.

All Owners should ensure that their tenants maintain the proper rental insurance.

Do not advertise your unit on any rental website for less than the minimum 30 days stay.
