Fats, Oils, Grease, Coffee Grinds, Rice, Pasta & other starches should not go down the Drain. Use the trash for disposal.

Free Kitchen Sink Strainers are available from Management or Security.

GARAGE PARKING – MOTORCYCLES/SCOOTERS
Motorcycles may not park with a vehicle in a single vehicle parking space. One vehicle per parking space. Please contact Management to purchase Motorcycle parking.  

GARAGE PARKING – OIL STAINS
Please use and monitor the condition of oil catching and absorbing materials underneath your vehicle to prevent excessive staining. Excessive oil leaks and stains caused by a user’s vehicle will be subject to fines.  

SMOKING – DISPOSING OF CIGARETTE BUTTS
Throwing cigarette butts over the balcony is a fire hazard! Please be courteous of your neighbors and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.  We recently received complaints about patio furniture being destroyed due to lit cigarettes being disposed of over the balcony. 

STORAGE ROOMS – PERSONAL PROPERTY IN COMMON AREA Please store your personal property within the confines of your storage locker and not in common areas, blocking the isle ways. The custodial staff works diligently to ensure the storage areas are clean of debris. Please dispose of trash properly. 

TRASH – BULK & LARGE ITEMS
Please do not leave large trash items outside the trash dumpster areas. Residents must organize removal of these items from the premises. Please contact Management for assistance.  

Pool Renovation Project Update

As of March 12, 2020, the pool podium deck waterproofing has been completed. We are now ready for the deck tiles to be installed. The rains have caused a couple of non-work days, which has slightly affected the schedule. Pacific Coast Construction is strategizing with all stakeholders to minimize the adverse effect that the weather is causing. The closure of guest parking has been extended until further notice due to the need of having a staging area for material deliveries. We appreciate your patience and cooperation.  We will continue to update the community as progress is achieved.
