Alta Exterior Trees and Resident Pets

Posted By on May 18, 2017

Did you know that the exterior trees around Alta are owned by the Association? And is the responsibility of the Association to replace when the trees die, which can cost upwards of $1,000 per tree. One of the leading causes of death to our downtown trees is DOG URINE and because of the concrete area we live in, there is a limited amount of areas to take pets to go to the bathroom. Please be conscious of this and direct your pet to use another source for their daily routine, keeping Alta’s trees looking nice!
