Fob & Directory Registration Update
At the February 2017 Board meeting, the Board approved upgrading the fob access system. In an effort to start on a clean slate and update the information in the directory and fob system, the Association will be re-registering all fobs and directory information. This will ensure that only current and authorized residents have access to the building. Please note that Owners are allotted four (4) key fobs per unit. Owners who rent their unit must provide a lease agreement to Management in order to register fobs. If a lease is not provided, fobs will not be activated.
Owners are requested to please fill out and submit the enclosed form and lease agreement, if applicable, to General Manager, Ryan Preston. Ryan is onsite, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. If the serial number on your fob is no longer legible, or if you are unsure of your serial number, you will need to make arrangements to swipe your fob at the Amenity Room fob reader and notify Management of the date and time the fob was used so the serial number can be recorded.
Fobs that have not been registered by Friday, March 31st will be deactivated without notice and directory information deleted. If you live offsite, or will be away during this time, please contact Management to make special arrangements for your fob registration.
